1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VendorCall Labor Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Businesses must be legally registered entities. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Platform Use

VendorCall Labor Cloud is a marketplace that connects businesses with independent workers. We do not employ workers and are not responsible for the actions or performance of workers or businesses. All shift agreements are between the business and the worker.

4. Fees and Payments

Businesses are charged a platform fee per shift based on the agreed rate. Workers are paid the worker rate shown on the shift posting. VendorCall charges a service fee from each side. All fees are disclosed at booking.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the platform for fraudulent activity, circumvent platform fees by hiring workers directly, harass or discriminate against other users, post false or misleading information, or violate any applicable law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or threatens the integrity of the platform, with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VendorCall Labor Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
