Workers on VendorCall Labor Cloud are independent contractors, not employees of VendorCall Labor Cloud Inc. or the businesses you work with. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
All workers must pass a background check before accepting shifts. This includes criminal history, identity verification, and work authorization. VendorCall reserves the right to remove workers who do not pass or who receive disqualifying results post-activation.
By confirming a shift, you commit to showing up on time and completing the work. A pattern of no-shows or late cancellations will result in reduced shift visibility and may result in account suspension. No-show penalties are disclosed in your account settings.
You will be paid the rate shown on the shift posting for verified hours worked. Payment is processed per the schedule communicated by your coordinator. VendorCall deducts a platform fee from the gross rate before distribution to workers.
Businesses may rate you after each shift. Ratings affect your visibility, shift eligibility, and access to premium postings. You may also rate businesses.
You agree to behave professionally, follow all on-site instructions from the business (within legal limits), and not solicit direct employment or circumvent the platform to work with a business outside of VendorCall during the term of this agreement.
Workers earning $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC. You are required to submit a completed W-9 form through your profile to remain eligible for payouts over this threshold.
VendorCall may update this agreement. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Contact workers@vendorcall.com with any questions about this agreement.
